The fever catches on...

I promise (or at least try to promise) that this will be my last cartogram post. Looks like map fever has caught on a big way since my first cartogram. Her maps have Alaska and Hawaii (which I and others shamelessly ignored). I must say that Alaska looks like an albatross in this map.
